Masked Face
Please comment below on tools you have found helpful to not have a RPF (resting Parkinson’s face), which in my case is often confused with a RBF.
One tool I read from someone in The Parkinson’s Fight Club facebook group, was to make funny faces in the mirror at yourself for 30 seconds in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Grin, frown, raise and lower forehead, make goofy faces — make it fun!

Another fun way I work on masked face is having funny face contest with my granddaughter. Get some to judge and videotape yourselves. it’s hysterical, granddaughter loves it.
