PD 210: Types of Exercise

The Parkinson’s foundation recommends participating in 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week. They recommend we do a variety of the following 4 types of exercise.

In this section we will present options for each and eventually have a place where others can share some of their experiences with each.

Aerobic Activity

Balance, Agility and Multi-tasking
